EXP-0911 / EXP-A911 Range
- The EXP 0911 and EXP A911 series are advanced flex cable connectors designed for hazardous environments, offering a range of features and benefits
- Environmental Protection: These connectors provide exceptional protection against water and dust ingress, achieving an IP68 rating when properly mated with a compatible connector
- User Friendly Design: The connectors feature a positive fast-acting locking ring that can be easily operated with a gloved hand
- Versatile Configuration: Available in both plug and socket configurations to suit various application needs
- Offered with 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, or 10 contacts, providing flexibility for different connection requirements
- 3, 4, 5, and 7 contact versions feature a leading Earth connection for enhanced safety
- The 5 contact version includes a trailing Neutral connection
- Secure Connections: The connectors utilise screw terminals for secure and reliable wire connections
- Two series are available to accommodate a wide range of cable diameters:
- EXP-09 series: Accepts cables with diameters from 7mm to 15mm
- EXP-A9 series: Designed for larger cables, accommodating diameters from 14mm to 22mm. This series also includes a strain relief clamp for added cable security.
- Packs of Cable Glands for differing cable diameters available separately (EXP-0980, EXP-A980)
- Maintenance and Protection: An EXP-0990 heavy-duty sealing cap is available separately to maintain the IP rating of unmated connectors
- Compatibility: These flex cable connectors are designed to mate with other connectors in the EXP-09 or EXP-A9 series, including both flex and panel-mounting option
